For health prevention, mix organic virgin mojitos or spirits, organic mint homemade teas with squeezed orange and organic lemon or tangerine. Yummy...
To treat health issues, make an Organic virgin mojito, and use a whole shot of 0.4 cl in 2 dl of water, add a whole squeezed organic lemon and drink it as a homemade mojito or lemonade. You can also drizzle into a good quality organic iced tea with fruit and use it to maintain beautiful and healthy skin, microbiome, immunity and digestion.
