THE COURSE OF THE PROCEDURE

You will be placed on a bed in a semi-sitting position. The room will be heated to a comfortable 30°C, allowing therapeutic breathing without drastic procedures.

At the beginning of the treatment we will smoke the room with pure organic mint to remove toxins from the body. We will then prepare an inhalation in a bowl of hot water and you will inhale for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, we will give you an organic mint extract - shot to cleanse your gut and digestive system and apply organic mint aromatherapy to your inner wrists and temples.

We will apply a warm compress to your forehead and wrap you in a blanket. You will then listen to relaxing music and breathe quietly for 45 minutes in the herbal hut.

After 45 minutes, we will serve you warm organic mint tea to end the treatment. You will then walk around the resort and discuss your difficulties with the therapist. The therapist will advise you on how to proceed and what might address the problem at home. You will also learn the basics of therapeutic inhalations, aromatherapy and compresses.
