    CALMING MIND AND BODY

    The ritual begins by calming the mind and body with the application of Bio lavender essential oil on the wrists and temples. Inhaling the scent directly brings immediate relief, calms the nervous system, and strengthens cognitive functions. Lavender essence also stimulates the production of happiness hormones – dopamine and serotonin – leading to an instant feeling of well-being and harmony.

    SKIN CLEANSING

    We then focus on the skin, which undergoes gentle cleansing using high-quality Bio products and hydrolates from Bio Lavender Chodouňská, Bio Rose, or Bio Lemon Balm, chosen based on your skin type.

    This step helps remove dead cells and allows the absorption of biodynamic flavonoids, antioxidants, natural antibiotics, and antiseptics through the skin, contributing to its regeneration and healing.

    RELAXING MASSAGE

    This is followed by a relaxing massage of the face, neck, décolletage, and head using Bio herbal oil. The massage improves blood circulation in the skin, supports lymphatic flow, and helps active ingredients penetrate deeper into the skin. Besides the beneficial effects on the skin, it also positively affects the psyche, releasing stress and tension, and inducing a sense of deep relaxation and balance.

    NOURISHING MASK AND INTENSIVE REGENERATION

    To conclude the procedure, we apply a nourishing and brightening mask according to your skin type, which provides the skin with essential nutrients and restores its natural glow. During the mask application, you will enjoy a pleasant hand massage that further enhances your feeling of relaxation and energy renewal. 

    Our indispensable skincare aid is the BIO Skin Reparator, applied after the mask as a preventive measure against skin problems. 

    It heals, regenerates, nourishes, restores the natural skin microbiome, hydrates, and supports the natural skin protective barrier.     Colorful spring brings pink cherry blossoms and our BIO cherry orchard all around. Lavender Valley becomes a BIO dandelion field for two months, a kingdom of sweet fragrance and awakening BIO gardens, with bees, insects, and birds around.

    Summer is about “blue from the sky”. Fields of blooming BIO Lavender Chodouňská, peace in the soul, butterflies, and bees. Sunrises and sunsets, almost within reach. Warm air everywhere and a gentle evening breeze while sitting on the wagon's veranda.

    Autumn brings spiritual hygiene, our care, great cuisine, and a view of the fields and meadows around us. Also, the hills “Na Mohylách” and the green BIO Lavender Chodouňská with its "hedgehog" cut. Our cherry trees and BIO orchard will turn red. The trees and bushes around will display a palette of colors, from yellow to purple.
