At the At the Meadow restaurant, nestled in the heart of Lavender Valley with views of the sacred Plešivec mountain and our Organic fields, we dedicate ourselves to preparing traditional specialties from the Czech and Slavic calendars. On your plate, you will find the traditions and dishes of our ancestors served with a modern touch, sourced from our own or neighboring farms, gardens, forests, and fields.
During periods when we must rely on external suppliers, we carefully select only meat, eggs, and other specialties from free-range or ecological farms. We source our fruit and vegetables in Organic quality from Czech farmers and permaculture growers. Our cheeses and other delicacies come from local farmers and producers, such as those from Tetín and other nearby regions.
Our beer is created in collaboration with the Všeradice Brewery, while our wine is produced together with Moravian winemakers, such as Mirka Ježková. With a love for tradition and heritage, we cook in harmony with the Czech calendar. Every weekend, we celebrate traditional customs and holidays, from Epiphany to Advent.
