This product was created based on research led by the team of Assoc. Prof. Helena Čížková and Dr. Iveta Horsáková from the University of Chemistry and Technology Prague (UCT Prague). It utilizes the unique, extraordinary concentration of biodynamic substances and minerals in our Organic Lavandula Bohemia®, which have proven effective in addressing chronic difficulties and supporting a balanced microbiome.
How to Use for Quick Relief:
- For Physical and Psychological Exhaustion: Add 5 drops into 1 dl of cold or lukewarm water and drink. You will feel relief within an hour.
- For Calming and Better Sleep (Also for Children): Gently massage a few drops in circular motions into the skin on the inner wrists and temples.
- Hydrotherapy: Add drops to a warm full-body or foot bath. This allows the oil to take effect through your largest organ – the skin. (Note: This oil is too precious for aroma lamps; it works best when applied or consumed directly).

Developed based on biodynamic compound research at UCT Prague.
Hot Tea Preparation
Excellent as a preventive measure in the cold months. Steep 2 teaspoons of the blend in a 0.5l mug with hot water at a maximum temperature of 70 °C (turn off the kettle just before it boils) to avoid destroying the beneficial substances.
Refreshing Iced Tea Preparation
The ideal healthy powerhouse for hot summer days. All vitamins, antioxidants, natural antidepressants, and antibiotic substances are fully preserved in the dried Organic fruit and lavender.
Process: Pour 1 liter of hot water (up to 80 °C) over 2 tablespoons of the blend and place it in the refrigerator for 3 hours. Serve with ice, and for a tangier flavor, add a squeeze of Organic lemon.
