During the timeline of health - mental, physical and psychological, he will discuss with you your health, life, environment and socil life, which all affect your soul, mind and body. Together we will get to the root of your problems and advises you on how to be healthier without chemicals, pills and side effects. For better life balance, nerve processing, healthier respiratory and digestive system, harmonization of all organs and problems that arise from the timeline of your health. We work with conventional medicine for physical health, South American and African shamans for deeper soul and mind connection. We connect Slavic knowledge with those cultures that have not stopped addressing the soul and mind when choosing health. Together we will find your personal path to happier days without exhaustion, stress and insomnia.

The health timeline is followed by hydrotherapy - a foot bath according to Hildegard of Bingen with BIO Chodouňská Lavender.

After a great healthy lunch made from local ingredients, you will walk through the Lavender Valley and relax with 1 hour of aromatherapy in our aroma house. Our BIO essential oil calms you down but also accelerates the healing and regeneration of the body, harmonizes the body, mind and soul and also reduces fevers and spasms. Just you, helpful books and a BIO Lavender drink of your choice in your hands.

Finally, after lunch, you can play our surprise game and make your own hat. You will gain strength in the autumn color environment, inner peace in the winter duvet in the BIO Lavender fields, vitality and energy in the blooming gardens, orchards or fields in the spring and summer.
